Christopher Riggs, P.E., LC, specializes in engineering hospitality and casino projects, bringing a wealth of experience and intricate knowledge to each endeavor. Mr. Riggs was instrumental in developing the IES Design Guide for Hospitality Applications. With one year of dedicated ownership at Nexus and 20 years of prior experience, Christopher is a licensed P.E. in NY (091743) and holds degrees in Electrical Technology and Electrical Engineering from Erie Community College and the State University at Buffalo, respectively. His portfolio includes significant projects such as the renovation of Paranza Bahamas, the Seneca Niagara Casino and Hotel, Seneca Allegany Hotel and Casino, Seneca Cultural Center, Downstream Casino, Resorts World Catskills Casino (a LEED NC 2009 certified project), and Resorts World New York City, demonstrating his expertise in diverse and large-scale developments.
